  1. Travel south on U.S. 94 and exit at Milwaukee Ave. (Rt. 21)
  2. Turn left (north) onto Milwaukee Ave. and travel 1/2 mile.
  3. Turn left into the parking lot just after the "Fish Chiropractic" sign.
    From the South on U.S. 94:
  1. Travel north on U.S. 94 and exit west at Belvidere Rd. (Rt. 120)
  2. Travel west just over a mile and exit at Milwaukee Ave. (Rt. 21).
  3. At the end of the ramp, turn left (north) onto Milwaukee Ave. and travel 1.4 miles.
  4. Turn left into the parking lot just after the "Fish Chiropractic" sign.
    From the North on Milwaukee Ave (Rt. 21):
  1. Travel south on Milwaukee Ave. into Gurnee.
  2. Shortly after the Washington St. intersection, turn right into the parking lot just before the "Fish Chiropractic" sign.
    From the South on Milwaukee Ave (Rt. 21):
  1. Travel north on Milwaukee Ave. into Gurnee 1.4 miles past U.S. 94.
  2. Turn left into the parking lot just after the "Fish Chiropractic" sign.

    From the West on Washington St.:
  1. Travel east on Washington St. into Gurnee.
  2. Turn right (south) at the Milwaukee Ave (Rt. 21) intersection.
  3. Turn right into the parking lot just before the "Fish Chiropractic" sign.

    From the East on Washington St.:
  1. Travel west on Washington St. into Gurnee.
  2. Turn left (south) at the Milwaukee Ave (Rt. 21) intersection.
  3. Turn right into the parking lot just before the "Fish Chiropractic" sign.
